I'll admit it. I havent eaten well this winter. Its been a lot of fast food and junk from a box. I'm not proud of it especially since I was fully paleo this time last year. Instead of frozen pizza (so sad), I strolled down the produce section and gathered some fruits, veggies, and spinach and decided to do better. I cooked up some chicken in herbs and a little butter to have in the fridge for the week.
