Wellness Wednesday: Read the Label

I was one of the many who ate Nutella on toast every morning like I was doing  myself  a favor. It is advertised as a delicious hazelnut spread (which is completely true), however it should not be presented as a healthy balanced breakfast.  Just read the label, my friends.

Not only does it contain high amounts of sugar, but it is also filled with a modified palm oil spread. So if you are eating Nutella on toast for breakfast each morning, you should consider an alternate route. If you just can't give it up, I have good news.  I found this recipe on Mark's Daily Apple so that you can make your own in a more natural and primal way.  The link to the video is listed below.
