Recipe: Creamy Potato Soup and Spicy Crackers

About 10 Potatoes peeled and diced
1 onion diced
2 stalks of celery diced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cartons chicken stock
3 tbsp flour
2 cups of milk
2 tbsp Garlic 
1 can of mushrooms, drained
1can of corn, drained
Shredded cheddar cheese
Crisped Bacon
Bring to a boil potatoes, onion, celery, olive oil, and 1 carton of stock in a large pot. Let it cook till potatoes are tender. In another bowl, mix flour and milk  and add that to soup pot. Stir in garlic, mushrooms, and corn, and cheese. Depending on how thick it is, you might have to add the 2nd carton of stock. Let it simmer. Serve with crumbled bacon and cheese on top. Spicy Crackers:
1 box of saltine crackers
1packet of ranch dressing mix
2 tablespoons of crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/4 cups of Canola oil
Get a really big storage container or a large ziplock bag. Add all of the ingredients together and mix up for 15 minutes. (Source)
