I've gone cookie crazy

Once I mastered the baking side of things, I decided to begin learining how to decorate. This was lesson one of roses and leaves taught by my friend, Robert. The frosting was so easy to make. I used this decorator frosting from all recipes.

Ingredients:
1 cup shortening
4 cups confectioners' sugar
4 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat on low speed of electric mixer until well blended and very smooth.

This recipe is made for decorating. It tasted pretty good, but it us more about consistancy than taste. I had to add a bit more milk because it was
